Subprocessors

The services we rely on

A subprocessor is a third party that processes data on our behalf. This page lists the ones we use for the public website (where Haryts is the controller) and for the product (where Haryts is a processor for your organization). It is part of our Privacy statement.

Product (Haryts-managed deployment)

Haryts is a processor acting on your organization's instructions. Answers and embeddings are produced by Haryts's own AI model on Haryts-operated hardware, so no external AI provider is a subprocessor.

Public web search engines (via Haryts-hosted search)Receive the search query text only — never documents — when a question requires public web research.Various

Fully local deployments use no external AI subprocessors

Haryts uses its own AI model on Haryts-operated hardware: no document content or questions are sent to OpenAI, Anthropic or any other external AI provider. When Haryts runs entirely inside your own environment, the hosting row above does not apply either.

Changes to this list

We may add or replace subprocessors as the product evolves. Where a signed agreement or DPA applies, we notify affected customers of changes as that agreement requires, and this page is kept current.
